Wahoo Middle Schoolers Head Into Summer with Thoughts of Service
Students at
Wahoo Middle School were focused on serving others as they head
into the summer break. Each homeroom class in the school
recently completed a community service project to aid many in the
area.
8th graders washed teachers' cars and collected donations that were used to buy gift cards for patients at Children's Hospital in Omaha.

Projects
included students washing teachers cars to raise money for gift
cards that were donated to Childrens Hospital, collecting items for
care packages that will be sent to soldiers in Afghanistan, picking
up trash around the campus and community, lending a hand at local
daycares, participating in care center carnival, gathering food
items for the County Food Pantry and raising money for the Saunders
County VFW Christmas fund.
