Students enhance leadership skills & network with Norfolk area businesses

Wahoo students attended the SkillsUSA Fall Leadership Conference at Northeast Community College in Norfolk Monday, September 21.

Nineteen students traveled to Norfolk to attend the conference designed to kick off the year with leadership activities and networking opportunities with business and industry. The students learned about SkillsUSA and attended leadership sessions put on by SkillsUSA state officers and business leaders. When they weren't in leadership sessions, they toured businesses in the Norfolk area.
