Together with our teachers, staff, and administration, I’d like to welcome back our students and families, as well as our new families from Wahoo Elementary School and new families to our Wahoo community. I hope all our families and friends had a fun summer with great experiences and lasting memories. The Wahoo Middle School Staff have been working during the summer in planning meetings, professional development, and getting our classrooms ready. We are ALL excited to get back to the school routines that help students achieve positive growth and success.
As the Wahoo Middle School Principal, I’m going to continue to challenge our students and staff to develop an understanding for what being a HERO at Wahoo Middle School really represents. A HERO (Helping Everyone Respect Others) at Wahoo Middle School will not just be a motto this school year, but will be a representation and promotion of kindness, respect, and strength! We want students to feel the power of the cape! The last few school years, we inspired students to help others understand and respect differences to create a school environment both positive and caring to all. To help students better understand: “What is a HERO?”, will be my continued ultimate goal for all students.
Our school will be stronger with the support of our parents, guardians, and community. I invite you to take advantage of the opportunities to support our students’ learning experiences.
I encourage you to contact me if you have any questions or need additional information.
