WHS Senior Amber Henkel leads the 100m hurdle race at David City, followed closely by Morgan Hancock and Haley Sloup. The Wahoo hurdling trio finished 1st, 2nd, and 3rd en route to sweeping the hurdle race!

I thought that our girls gave a tremendous team performance on a cold and blustery day. We had a lot of girls really step up in their individual events and trying different events to help out the team. Our freshman class has really added a spark to our veterans and created a great nucleus for continued team success. We will try to use this momentum to carry us into our Tiger/Cadet meet in West Point next Tuesday.
