Cornhusker Marching Band continues its tradition of excellence

On Friday, August 21, WMS/WHS Band Director Jason Smith took 38 students to Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, Nebraska. Thousands of excited fans traveled to hear the pride of all Nebraska! Eight Wahoo High School band and choir students experience European trip of a lifetime

Wahoo students pose with Mr. and Mrs. Smith, and Mr. Privett in front of the Matterhorn at Zermatt, Switzerland. This was one of the highlights of the 2015 Nebraska Ambassadors of Music trip, which allowed students to experience 7 countries in 16 days.
