Wahoo Public Schools is seeking applicants for both full and part time paraprofessionals.
HEALTH AIDE
Wahoo Public Schools is seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Health Aide to support the nursing office within the district. The Health Aide will assist the school nurse in providing care for students, maintaining health records, administering first aid, and promoting a safe and healthy learning environment.Key Responsibilities include administering first aid and routine health care under the direction of the nurse, monitoring students with health needs, communicating with parents/guardians regarding student health concerns, and more. SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST
Wahoo Public Schools is hiring a school psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This district-wide position will support students in grades K-12.
BUS DRIVERS
Wahoo Public Schools is accepting applications for sub/regular bus route drivers and Activity bus drivers with the possibility of subbing for other routes as well. All training and CDL classes for bus drivers will be paid by the district. If hired, you will be required to pass a drug screening and background check.

Wahoo Public Schools is seeking applicants for substitute paraprofessionals. Please download and complete the "Non-Certified" application linked at the bottom of this page. Please send applications and/or inquiries to WPS Superintendent Brandon Lavaley.
All interested parties should contact the district office at 2201 N. Locust, Wahoo, NE 68066 for an application, or scroll to the bottom of this page to download a non-certified application. All applicants are required to fill out a background check form. Completed applications can either be dropped off to the district office or emailed to blavaley@wahoowarriors.org.
