Non-Certified Positions:

FOOD SERVICES DIRECTOR
Wahoo Public Schools will be hiring for a Food Services Director for the school lunch program for the 2020-2021 school year.

This position will be from 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, on the days that school is in session. All candidates must have a high school diploma. Experience in the school nutrition program is preferred, but not required. This candidate must also be able to work well with others and be a self-starter. This position includes managing the menu, ordering supplies, book work, and cooking. Some computer knowledge is preferred. PARAPROFESSIONALS
Wahoo Public Schools is seeking applicants for paraprofessional positions in preschool and middle school. Please download and complete the "Non-Certified" application linked at the bottom of this page. Please send applications and/or inquiries to kpokorny@wahoowarriors.org or smaass@wahoowarriors.org.

BUS DRIVERS
Wahoo Public Schools is taking applications for substitute and activity bus drivers. All training and CDL classes for bus drivers will be paid by the district. If hired, you will be required to pass a drug screening and background check.

SUBSTITUTE PARAPROFESSIONALS & KITCHEN HELP
Wahoo Public Schools is seeking substitute paraprofessionals and kitchen help. Interested persons will fill in for a para or cook who is not able to be to work that day. These positions are for substituting only, on days that students are in session. Once a background check has been completed, you will be placed on the call list.

All interested parties should contact the superintendent's office in the high school at 2201 N. Locust, Wahoo, NE 68066 for an application, or scroll to the bottom of this page to download a non-certified application. All applicants are required to fill out a background check form. Completed applications can either be dropped off to the superintendent’s office or emailed to blavaley@wahoowarriors.org.
