Complete your eCollect Forms in PowerSchool as soon as possible to make sure we have updated information on file.
Step by Step Instructions:
1. Log into your PowerSchool Portal
- Go to wahoowarriors.org and log into your Parent Portal
- Enter your Username & Password
- Click Sign In
2. Access eCollect Forms
- Once logged in, you'll see the main dashboard with your child's name.
- In the left-hand navigation panel, look for a link titled Forms and click on it.
- If you have multiple students, repeat these steps for each student by selecting their name at the top.
3. Complete Available Forms
You'll see a list of forms that need your attention (Transportation Request, Returning Enrollment, Acknowledgements, Wahoo Public School Device Loan & Internet Use and if your child is participating in activities, please fill out the Athletic forms.)
- Click on a form to open it
- Fill out all required fields. These are usually marked with an asterisk (*)
- Click Submit when done
4. Check Form Status
- After submitting, the status will update to Submitted or Pending Review
- You can return at any time to view your submissions
