Student Insurance Mandatory for Athletic Participation

Student Insurance:
*Wahoo Public Schools is not responsible for student insurance.
*Student Insurance is offered through Student Assurance Services, Inc.
Student Insurance Protection is offered to those interested. Wahoo Public Schools require that all students involved in the athletic program be covered by insurance. A signed statement by the parent indicating that coverage is available through a family plan or the Student Assurance Service coverage through the school will be necessary before the student will be allowed to participate in the school's interscholastic athletic program. Students wishing to participate in the coverage through Student Assurance Service should complete the application and return it to their respective building offices on or before September 1.
