The Saunders Medical Center Clinic is offering free physicals to Wahoo Public High School and Middle School students.
The reserved time for our students has been set for May 22 from 2:00-3:30 p.m. No appointment is necessary.
Your requirement is to complete a 2008 SMC Sports Physical Form and bring it with you. Click HERE to access this form. This form is also available in the middle school and high school offices.
